Angela May is a chef, TV personality, emcee and author. Angela May I Food Chapters is her first restaurant opening at the heart of Orchard, in Robinsons department store. The design conveys Angela's and Robinsons' values of elegance, high quality and delicacy while keeping a mix of Asian and Contemporary western cultures.
